I am a member of The IGPP – the International Guild of Professional practitioners, recently re-branded to “Embody” and the FHT, the Federation of Holistic Therapists and have full insurance. I offer treatments from locations in Titchfield Common weekly, Mon- Fri, Hursley, Nr Winchester on alternate Wednesdays and Thursdays and Queen Street in Portsmouth on alternate Thursdays and Saturdays. The Holistic approach is very much about treating the whole person and is very important to me as a therapist. It’s much more than just giving a relaxing treatment or helping to give relief to various ailments and conditions, fatigue or stress, it’s about understanding the root of these things. Treatments are therefore very much tailored to an individuals needs and the consultation is an extremely important part. With discussion on homecare advice and lifestyle changes I also try to help my clients to discover a natural solution which compliments the benefits of the treatments I give.
